All returns must be postmarked within 03 working days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, the can/s should not be opened or lids tempered and with all labels attached and not marked or disfigured.
To return an item, please call customer service at 0117681777 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, ship the item securely by courier of your choice along with your proof of purchase to the following address:

Please note, you shall be responsible for all return shipping charges plus charges associated with replacements in the case of exchanges made due to no fault of the company. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item and if found to be in original brand new condition, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 07 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
